This is one of the longest running packs built at Wave. Originally made to order for ski patrollers in Utah, it was a go-to ski pack to carry, well, dynamite. Yep, in the good ole days they use to just traverse over to the top of an aspect, light a fuse, and boom. Avalanche safety my friend. Patrollers covet this bag to this day. When we ask them, they say they like the simple, burly design; the thick, comfortable shoulder pads; and a no joke, cavernous main compartment.

Love this bag

This bag truly can hold so much clothing and equipment that it’s almost unreal. The Cordura material feels both strong and nice to the touch, and the shoulder straps have super thick padding that really helps when it gets heavy. Also def consider getting the side pockets and the shovel holder since they both increase the versatility of the bag, I was able to carry an axe with me using the shovel holder! Bottom line here: Get this bag, you won’t regret it!
